Terms and conditions of purchase - business customers

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUSINESS PURCHASES

When shopping with us at Kulturlampan Sverige AB, 556741-9204, you accept our terms and conditions.

By the Buyer accepting the tender specified by the Seller and an order confirmation being sent, a binding purchase agreement is entered into in which both parties undertake to complete the purchase in accordance with the specified terms. With the sole exception of deviations specified by the Seller in writing. A completed order entails an obligation to pay.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes/tenders provided by the Seller are valid for 30 days.

By entering into a purchase agreement, the Buyer consents to their name, personal identity number or organisation number, and contact details (telephone number, email address, address) being registered in Kulturlampan's customer register.

An order confirmation is sent to the Buyer by Kulturlampan via email, which servesas proof of purchase that may need to be presented upon delivery of goods or in the event of a complaint. Within one (1) working day of the order confirmation being sent, we consider the order approved by the Buyer.

Final invoice with accounted VAT is sent to the Buyer upon delivery of all goods on the order.

All goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made. In the event of repossession, the Seller shall determine which parts of the delivery remain unpaid.

Force Majeure

Should delivery be prevented, delayed or hindered as a result of extraordinary circumstances beyond the Seller's control and which could not reasonably have been foreseen or overcome without financial losses, the Seller may, without liability for damages, postpone the delivery time for part or all of the delivery. Alternatively, withdraw from the agreement in whole or in part. Such extraordinary circumstances include, inter alia, natural disaster, strike, war, riot, blockade, intervention by public authority, fire, explosion, boycott as well as other force majeure-like circumstances affecting delays on the part of suppliers and/or delivery.

Proposals, sketches, designs, drawings, presentations, samples and corresponding documents are the property of Kulturlampan and the recipient may not, without the written consent of Kulturlampan Sverige AB, use or share such documents with a third party.

Made in Småland

In the Småland countryside among red houses with white knots, beautiful small lakes and forests, Kulturlampan started.

We saw a need for cultural lamps that were sustainable and suited our Nordic beautiful old wooden houses and properties - it was the beginning of our company Kulturlampan.

Much of our lighting is based on old models. Kulturlampan also designs lamps in semi-classical style in solid materials, to be able to fit newer houses, which want lighting with charm and durability. When we manufacture our lighting, it is a careful craft, we have foundries both in Sweden and in Europe.

Good design for us is when the lamp finds its place and lifts the house or property, it should be a long-term investment when you put a Kulturlampa on your property. We always strive to use good and sustainable materials. We want our lamps to be a craft for the next century. And the next!
