Sustainable design

Having observed a conservative and impersonal lighting market, the idea for Kulturlampan.se was born. Our primary aim is to produce high-quality lighting that is sustainable in both design and choice of materials. We do not focus on mass production, but rather on creating sustainable products with soul and thoughtfulness.

For us, it is important to revive a time when sustainability and value were crucial, and we are proud that our products are the result of genuine craftsmanship and created in a timeless style. We have noticed that more and more people are demanding precisely this today.

Kulturlampan är både tillverkare och formgivare av många av våra produkter. Vi samarbetar med gjuterier både i Sverige och Europa, och montering samt packning utförs här i Sverige. Nedan ser ni bilder från vår montering av Stallykta 45/45 i gjutjärn, en av våra mest populära modeller.

Made in Småland

In the Småland countryside among red houses with white knots, beautiful small lakes and forests, Kulturlampan started.

We saw a need for cultural lamps that were sustainable and suited our Nordic beautiful old wooden houses and properties - it was the beginning of our company Kulturlampan.

Much of our lighting is based on old models. Kulturlampan also designs lamps in semi-classical style in solid materials, to be able to fit newer houses, which want lighting with charm and durability. When we manufacture our lighting, it is a careful craft, we have foundries both in Sweden and in Europe.

Good design for us is when the lamp finds its place and lifts the house or property, it should be a long-term investment when you put a Kulturlampa on your property. We always strive to use good and sustainable materials. We want our lamps to be a craft for the next century. And the next!
