In the webshop, you pay conveniently via Klarna Checkout, where several payment solutions are offered: Klarna Invoice, card payment, direct payment via Internet Banking, or instalment payments.<\/p>\r\n
If you have chosen Klarna invoice as a payment method, please note that you must pay the invoice within the specified time even if you return an item. A refund will then be issued within 14 days of us receiving your return.<\/p>\r\n

Delivery methods<\/strong><\/p>\r\n Orders placed in our online shop are shipped with DHL, Fedex or UPS. Smaller orders under 20 kg are sent as parcels. If you are shopping as a private individual, the parcel will be sent to the nearest DHL Servicepoint where you can collect your parcel after being notified by SMS. Larger and heavier shipments sent on a pallet will be delivered directly to the specified delivery address.<\/p>\r\n Goods sent on a pallet are delivered to the door\/gate\/property boundary on weekdays, excluding public holidays, between 7 am and 5 pm. Carrying the goods inside is not included. DHL\/the freight company will contact you to book delivery. Please note that as the recipient, you cannot decide the delivery window as this is controlled by DHL's fixed routes in your area.<\/p>\r\n Unloading at the property boundary is included in our standard freight for palletised goods.<\/p>\r\n Kulturlampan is not responsible for any incorrect deliveries or delays, nor for any additional costs that may be incurred due to delivery hindrances or delays.<\/p>\r\n Any costs for storage rental will be charged to the customer if a delivery is not booked within four working days. Any costs for failed delivery attempts may also be charged if the recipient does not accept the delivery at the agreed time or if delivery is prevented.<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Delivery address<\/strong><\/p>\r\n Orders placed in our webshop are always delivered to the delivery address provided in the order. In accordance with Klarna's guidelines, the correct delivery address must be entered into Klarna Checkout when placing the order. Due to the risk of fraud, we are unable to change the delivery address on orders that have already been placed. If a delivery is damaged in transit upon receipt, this must be reported to and noted by the driver for the insurance to be valid.<\/p>\r\n <\/p>\r\n Warranty\/Complaint<\/strong><\/p>\r\n The standard warranty against manufacturing defects is 2 years. Kulturlampan bears no direct or indirect responsibility for, for example (but not limited to), incompatibility, delivery delays, operational disruptions, additional work, installation costs, or other financial damages.
