Delivery methods<\/strong><\/p>\n Orders placed in our web shop are sent with DHL. Smaller orders weighing under 20 kg are sent as parcels. If you are shopping as a private individual, the parcel will be sent to the nearest DHL Service Point where you can collect your parcel after being notified via SMS. Larger and heavier consignments sent on a pallet are delivered directly to the specified delivery address.<\/p>\n Goods sent on a pallet are delivered to the door, gate, or property boundary on normal weekdays between 07:00 and 17:00; carrying indoors is not included. DHL will contact you to book delivery. Please note that as the recipient, you cannot choose a delivery time slot, as this is determined by DHL's fixed routes in your area.<\/p>\n Unloading at the property boundary is included in our standard freight for palletised goods.<\/p>\n Kulturlampan is not responsible for any incorrect deliveries or delays, nor for any additional costs that may be incurred due to delivery hindrances or delays.<\/p>\n Any costs for storage rental will be charged to the customer if a delivery is not booked within four working days. Therefore, we offer favourable guarantee terms.<\/p>\n The warranty covers functional defects that arise during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover faults that arise during or after any self-made alteration of the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, modification or other alteration of the product.<\/p>\n Complaint<\/strong> If you discover a fault with any of your products, you have the opportunity to make a claim. Claims must be reported as soon as the fault is discovered. Two months is considered a reasonable time for discovering damage\/defects. Please contact our customer service directly and we will help you: info@kulturlampan.se<\/p>\n Warranty of products installed in coastal areas<\/strong><\/p>\n When it comes to lighting to be installed in coastal areas, we primarily recommend choosing the materials brass, copper, or nickel. Cast iron can also work in a marine environment, but you must expect a certain amount of maintenance with cast iron; you may need to brush them down and repaint them so that the lamp keeps its black colour and does not become brownish-black.<\/p>\n Coastal areas are harsh on lamps because high humidity and the impact of salt accelerate the corrosion of materials. Painted products are not recommended in coastal environments. Under certain wind conditions, accelerated corrosion can also occur far from the coast.
